My husband and I have lived at Briarwood for about a year and a half, and would have renewed again had we not gotten a good deal on a house.
Staff was always courteous and helpful; maintenance always responsive within a day or so of our calls.
Large, beautiful apartment at a good rate which includes most utilities. We shopped around at about 10 other area apartments but kept coming back to this one before we decided.
Only drawback is location--it's not far from a very poor and crime-ridden area of Prospect Heights/Wheeling, but we never had problems or felt unsafe in the Briarwood complex.
Overall a great experience for this having been our first apartment!
