I've lived at Briarwood for about three years. The office staff has always been nice to me and followed through with my requests. my apartment is beautiful and i have no problems. Its funny how people complain about problems with their lease, i guess they are the slow ones who sign things before they read them. smart. then they complain about it! i transfered from one apartment to another, and i didnt have any problems. I left the apartment how i received it when i moved in. simple as that. I think these people are just mad because their to slow to read paperwork, and to lazy to clean their apartments.
