Honest Review

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
The Good:
The apartments themselves are quite nice and all of the appliances were new and attractice. There was plenty of parking and I did not have to bother with parking passes. Controlled access allowed for greater security.
The Bad: The fitness center is well maintained but quite small and there was an occasional overflow in the trash chutes.
The Ugly: They adhere very strictly to their policies and will get as much as they can when you leave. If you pay rent on the 6th(as if we all haven't been a tad forgetful now and again) then you must pay with a Certified check and you will get a giant red 5 day notice stuck to your door. If you want to extend your lease for a couple of months-they will stick it to you by charging 4-600 dollars more a month than what you were paying( Parkway Towers in Harwood Heights and my landlord in Rosemont both allowed me to extend my lease at the going rate)
Overall: If there are no problems than you will enjoy your stay, however there is little flexibility built into their management structure. If you pay your bills on time and leave when your lease is up it should be a decent place to live.
