My husband has been living in Briarwood since the past 9 months and we are moving out soon. The apartments are spacious and fairly beautiful. The neighborhood is quite safe. The property is clean and well maintained. Even the service is prompt.
However, the management is SAD. My husband lived here alone till a couple of days and played music (very low) sometimes in the evening. Our neighbor on the bedroom side had a problem with that low a volume. He also accused him of yelling late in the night, when in fact he lived here alone. The management without even verifying the authenticity warned him that another complaint will throw him out of the apartment. Past few days we have been living in the drawing room keeping the bedroom pretty much useless for fear that we will be thrown out. This just is ridiculous... Why on earth should the tenants suffer because the walls of the apartment are hollow and even the slightest sound from the neighbor's house could be heard' The management staff does not know how to handle problems like these. They frequently act dumb and are rude.
This place is alright to stay only if you are DEAD!!!!
