If the property manager likes you, she will revise the rules to help you and her out. If she doesn't like you, well, expect rent increases.I had the same size apartment, moved in the same time as my neighbor but he was charged less then me, no explaination was ever given. When I rented the clubhouse out for a family gathering I was told that no alchol was allowed, however I did notice that alchol is allowed for her parties in the clubhouse. As for the apartments, the apartments are on the larger size, heat is paid for, lots of parking but over all the apartments are not overly special.
