I would first like to say that the previous comment really bothered me. So i have taken it upon myself to to quash thier ignorance and help them to be more informed.

I have lived at Briarwood Terrace for 6 years now. And as long as I have lived here the property manager has been working here. I think that alone tells you that she is doing her job and doing it well at that. As for the previous renters comment, let me inform you seeing as you are not. There is a thing called fair housing...laws by which Landlords, and real estate agents have to abide by. Fair Housing states that you cannot discriminate, part of that is that if you are running a rent special, you have to offer EVERYONE who walks in the office door that same rental rate for the duration of the special. Rates in this type of market are CONSTANTLY changing. So don't be mad that on the day you rented you CHOSE to rent at the rate you did, and don't be mad because your neihbor CHOSE to rent at the rate they did. So next time, before you go and slander someone on the internet make sure you educate yourself.
Also, about the clubhouse thing, unless you were there at the party as a witness, i dont think you would know what kind of bevrages were being served. And i'm sure you are just an angry person who didn't get thier way and instead of handling in like an adult you put ignorant things on the internet.

As for the apartments,I work in the leasing industry and I have personally shopped well over 50 apartment communities in the northwest suburbs and Briarwood was the best, all of your utilities are included, and the building have great sound proofing. Also everything is updated, most of the places that i saw were in desprate need of an upgrade. I could go on for days about how great Briarwood and its staff are but i suggest go see it for yourslelf, and if you have any questions about the rates or the previous persons comments, ask the manager herself or the staff, they will tell you they do buisness in acordance with the fair housing laws!
