Well, well, well...
What can I say' You get what you pay for - simple. A large apartment community owned by a collection of lawyers who only care about the u$ual...So, let me digress...

First of all, I was not charged $15 the first month - something to do with my application fee('). Two weeks after I moved in I received a nastygram stating that I had 48 hours to pay along with signing an entire new lease. Or, I would be forced to pay some random fee. It should also be noted that that the office kept misplacing our newly signed lease. Therefore, I had already signed four different leases in my first two months of residency.

Another example of the lawyer$ policie$ was on some random snowy Sunday and my entrance key code did not work. I called the emergency help line, (it was 25 degrees outside), the attendant had to decide whether my call qualified as a real emergency. She actually had to decide if I should be charged. Like I said, you get what you pay for.

It just seemed as though there was a pesty annoyance every other week. For instance, I received a nasty notice claiming I had bikes on my patio and would be charged if I didn't pull them in. I don't own a bike. In addition, I received several notices that stated the office had lost my 'main' key and needed copies. It seems as though they were leaving some note under my door all the time.

Anyhoo, I believe I've wasted to much time on the policy-strict lawyer$. I just wanted people to be aware....
