Have we had problems with hearing neighbors through walls' Yep-- mostly just the people above us, and boy do they like to yell at the TV. But that's just by nature of the fact that this IS an apartment complex-- if you want to hear only your own noise, that would be a perk of owning your own home :)
We've only had one maintenance problem, and they repair guys were here within a half hour of us reporting the problem in the evening after work, which was very convenient.

Thanks. Of all the reviews i read for this place, this one was the most helpful. I have lived in apartment complexes all my life and dealt with management and other tenants. I visited this propoerty several times and it seems ok. I am moving in next week and hope it will all go well.
