Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2006
 
The new staff really cares less if you live here or not. They are the coldest bunch of people you can ever meet. They talk to you like they are doing a favor to you. Very cold and businesslike. Strongly preferred the previous manager over the new stiffs, never thought I would say that!
