Any time you call them and ask for an apartment, they will say they have only 1 aprtment left and will quote a high price. Although they have several apartments empty. Negotiate with them and they will come down.

It is awkward but people staying in same buildings with same lease length and same models have different rents. They try to exploit as much as possible. They are money sucking vampires.

You will never get your security depoist back . If you made as small as 1/2 inch of scratch on wall, they will charge $150 to fix it.

NEVER RENT THIS. Woodland creek is much much better and staff is very cooperative.
