Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
We had water leakage halfway into the appartment three times. It went all the way in from the windows half way into the living room, and along the windows of both bedrooms. Then we were fighting a mold and water damage problem they refused to help with. The hot water heaters leave you with NO hot water after 7:30am until 9 in winter months. The staff is rude and their policies are out dated and not enforced.
