The apartments are overall good, but the walls are not sound proof..especially in the colonial buildings. That is too much of a disturbance at night. Also, the heaters are very noisy. The answer that I got when I complained about heater noise is..'It is like that'. Staff are not at all co-operative. The first day I went to check out an apartment, a lady at the leasing office told me that there are no apartments available, except one and she quoted a very high rent for that. The next day I went there again, another person offered me a better apartment for lower rent.So, do not say yes at the first go.
