Man, "kijostyle" ain't lying. I've been here for less then 2 months and already I have been victim to pests, no hot water, car vandalism.... I mean not one of these immigrants know how to park..

My list of issues, for a 1st time renter, is getting big.
You figured the staff would try to sway my opinion just a bit by offering me some kind of constalation like a decrease in rent...

The last thing I'll say is I DARE YOU TO GO SWIMMING IN THE ----- ---->>>> WHAT THEY CALL A POOL..... If you don't get a mouthful of ----, then i'm sure you'll break your neck on there "non treated pool surface" Slip, fall and sue.

On a scale of 1 to 10.. Briarwood Terrace Apts, doensn't even log a "0"

I went swimming once.. I fell on my butt because the pool is not only overflowed, but there is no slip resistant material around the edge of the pool, something that costs probably nothing to put down. p.s. I broke my lease and left early because of the staff! I got reamed.. But at least im out of there.

Dear regrettingitalready, I managed to ingest some of the pool water while removing curry residue from my 8 inch fingernails. Yet, I did not manage to break my neck on the non slip resistant material. Do you think I can sue Briarwood Terrace for emotional damages? After all, I just ingested a lot of Ghandi and Hamas urine. Or do I have nothing to worry about since these militants are clean human beings?
