Briarwood Terrace is an expensive lack luster apartment complex that offers few amenities to its tennants. For instance, I slipped by their pool area numerous times due to lack off slip resistant material surrouding the pool. Secondly, I found feces floating in the urine saturated pool. After that experience I never went swimming in that pool again! Another irriating incident took place during winter. I realized an intense cold draft was coming through my sliding door. As a result, my 3 month old infant son contracted the common cold sickness. I reported the incident to the Briarwood staff and they assured me the problem would be fixed. However, the problem lingered until the day I moved out. For close to $1000 a month for a single bed-room one can do a lot better. Briarwood Terrace is a head ache waiting to happen. Not becuase of the depressing odors in the hall ways, but because of the mold present in the wash-machines. That mold and fungus really made my head hurt every time I attempted to wash clothes. I am glad I moved out of Briarwood Terrace. I would never recommend this complex to any one. Save your money!

It's funny how you slip by the pool when it's all concrete around it. Obviously, you don't know what an overflowing pool is. You are not supposed to walk around the edge of it, that's why it's painted blue. I know that most of these reviews are from the same person and I think that you are a terrible, racist, cold-hearted liar.
