I have read everyone's review, "at least 20 or so articles and responses"...
Briarwood Terrace is exactly as they say. I fully concur.
- Pests
- Odors
- Midnight Disturbances
- Cold Water in winter'
- They don't plow or throw salt down until two days after the snow storm
- Furnishings are all worthless. You cant count on fireplace, stove, plumbing
- Poorly insulated windows
- Obsolete workout equipment(Was it purchased from the salvation army')
All in all I would tell you to read more of these articles and
not live here.
I've had to live here for 3 years now I am moving ASAP!

we signed the lease before november and the staff never told us that water is an utility that we have to pay. But we received a bill for water and gas. Is it true that water is charged for in this aparment?
