Very pathetic facilities.
Gym in poor condition.More than 50% machines doesn't work.
Takes much time to take action on Concerned complaints.
Only Internet services available is WOW which is also pathetic.
Other Providers like Comcast which is 50% cheaper than WOW are not allowed to provide services.

I compared prices with Comcast and they are definitely not cheaper. There are animal buildings and non-animal buildings. I don???t see dogs all over the place. I have lived here for over 4 years and a lot of you make it seem like this is the worst place to live. There is ample parking. You may not find a spot right in front of your door but there are plenty of other areas to park. What do you expect with a complex as large as Briarwood Terrace. The complex is getting more foreign renters. I would say now more foreign than American. Yes, the prices are a bit high but the area is close to Rte 53 and I-294. Woodfield mall is just 20 minutes away. It is a quiet area. I wouldn???t give it a 10 but I would say a 7. They do pay water and gas. The only thing you have to pay is electric. Let me tell you that the water does get very hot.
