I have been living here for the Past 10 Months. Even though Briarwood seems to look good at first, it gets worse as months pass by.

The Bads
1. Bugs/Insects pound u if you r unlucky to be in first floor.
2. Fitness Center has just 1 or 2 working equipments.
3. In-Competent staff. Mostly very young and they keep changing every month. The Leasing agent(Kevin) who signed me when i moved this Jan is the MANAGER now :-) and he behaves as if he is the owner of Briarwood.
4. Bad Cable/Internet Service (WOW) - They should have other options for tenants.
5. Overall Not worth the money.
6. FREE HEAT OPTION IS GONE FOR NEW LEASES AND RENEWALS. That personally sucks. I will move to some other apartment when my lease comes to an end this december.

The Good
1. They fix issues when ever reported ( Even if they take a while )
2. Spacious apartments.

Only ------- who steal and procreate. This presents an interesting issue that will continue to haunt this country. Almost all of these shines procreate when they know they lack the funds to support their offspring. This is typical behavior among these degenerate low-life gypsy ------- who frequently engage in pedophilia and incest. This is typical gypsy ------ behavior. Lets milk every food stamp out of the government since were dumb ------- and we deserve to be ethnically cleansed.
