I have lived here for some time now, and honestly don't really know why these comments are what they are. I have never experienced any problems with the staff nor the complex itself. Anytime I need help getting something fixed in my apartment I just call the office and the maintenance staff comes without a hassle. Even if I don't call something in, everytime I come into the office the staff always asks if everything is ok with the apartment, this way I don't feel stupid asking for something small to be done.I love my apartment and am glad to live here. For a one bedroom it is actually quite spacious compared to the others that I have seen around the area and bright too! The balcony's size is a plus too! Especially during the summer, the grounds are kept very well and makes it really pleasurable just to take a walk around. Yes, there is some diversity on the property, but this city is multi cultural,so you get diversity everywhere you go....that's what makes it even better, I think. Living in an apartment community you are to expect some noise, however, I have never had to complain about that. Also, there is plenty of parking available. What is great is that it is not assigned so you can park anywhere you want and have guests over without them having to worry about parking unlike many other complexes I've been to. Well, either way I am truly happy living here and definately would recommend it!

Briarwood Terrace is an ideal place to live if you don't mind the scent of GYPSY/----/HINDU ------ incontinence throughout the hallways. Try cleaning your snatches you degenerate low-life fat gypsy ------ -------.
