I have been living here for a little over a year. The staff is great, anytime I need something they are always quick and willing to help. My apartment is very spacious for a one bedroom, especially the kitchen area. I usually work from home, so it's nice to be in an apartment building that is quiet enough for me to get my work done. I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to live at an affordable price, especially since some of the other communities in this area charge close to $1300 dollars a month for a one bedroom unit!

I am not a native. I am from Mumbai, India. If you understood, you would know that a native would come from this country. It is hard for me to witness you say these things about my friends and myself. I agree with those who say that the apartments are a nice place to live. I hope you come to understand the hurt you cause when leaving these comments.

Briarwood Terrace is a GYPSY ---- NIG*GER ---- HOLE. One can do much better for $865 a month. If the staff at Briarwood had any consideration for their tennants they would stress the importance of hygene. Especially to these sand nig*er militants who smell like gyspy nig*er dog ---- year-round.
