Briarwood Terrace is a gypsy nig*er dump. These infidels smell like dog ---- year round. If Briarwood Terrace cleansed its complex of degenerate food stamp dependent gyspy nig*ger infidels the ambiance would be far more pleasant. The lackluster living conditions at this gypsy nig*er terrace can be attributed to the rodents present in the apartment units. Observe the photo of the mouse which I took while attending a function at my neighbors unit. My neighbor did not want to make a big deal out of it. However, I insisted that I take a photograph to show possible future tennants Briarwood's living conditions are indeed despicable and unsatisfactory. Even if Briarwood's staff actually banned these food stamp dependent gypsy shines from their complex that would only account for a small portion of the problems one has to deal with. The other problems surface within the dilapidated apartment units along with the unkempt Gypsy Shine C*_nt s_tench that can be smelled 24/7 throughout the hallways of this complex.

I lived at the Briarwood Terrace for a year and a half. Great staff, quick maintenance service. Easily corrected issue. The diversity within the community was what made it interesting. I am sorry that you cannot appreciate those that are different from you. I hope that you find a place to live that caters to your needs. Just keep in mind that I by 2050 the predominant population in America will be minorities/people of foreign origins. So please get yourself better acquinted with those that are different from you. Please do not malign perfectly good housing compplexes because of your prejudices either. I rate Briarwood Terrace a 4.

If Briarwood is a so-called "perfect housing complex" then I would be the first individual to adopt a down-syndrome plagued GYPSY NIGGGER infant that only had one eye due to extreme genetic abnormalities
