Briarwood Terrace is convenient to most major highways. Staff is friendly and accessible. Issues with apartments are resolved in a timely manner. Common areas are cleaned daily. The staff try to make living at the complex interesting by throwing theme parties for all major holidays. Offer incentives to refer friends. Good place to live.

Constantly renovating which really improves the beauty of the property. Parking is easily found.

The staff is not an issue. The problems arise with respect to the poor condition of the aprartments along with the smell of the gypsy shine ---- hindus, which eminates throughout the hall-ways year round.
