LOVE my apt :)

I moved in May '09 - the rent concession was $161 per month. I'm guessing May is a popular month, especially for graduates who have no cash, to move. I got another discount for working for Allstate, so that was awesome as well, considering it amounted to $400. If you're thinking about getting a pet or want a pet, the larger building allows for them. The grounds are pretty big overall, the pool is nice, the workout room is fine, and the neighbors are quiet. First walking into the buildings, you'll think it looks like a hotel. I love that I don't have to go outside to throw out my trash and that the laundry facilities are "ok" to use 24/7. I'm a busy young professional that's just trying to make it easy on myself. Really close to Chicago (<3), Northbrook (for corporate HQ), and Arlington Heights is 10 min away and has EVERYTHING you could ever need.
