Safe and Nice Complex with swimming pool

This is the only real rental highrise complex in Prospect Heights with elevators. There are security guards by the car entrance. Plenty of parking on the premisess, mostly outside. I rented party room in a few ocasions. Complex has unique indoor and outdoor pool and outside tennis courts. We enjoyed nice balkony and quiet environment.
