Highly Dissatisfied I do not recommend Briarwoods apartment to any one. No value for money. Amenities are very bad.....
Few examples: Only internet service provider in Briarwoods is WOW..and WOW sucks. you can hardly browse a site with the remarkable speed wow works...

Briarwood Feedback Very pathetic facilities.
Gym in poor condition.More than 50% machines doesn't work.
Takes much time to take action on Concerned complaints.
Only Internet services available is WOW which is also pathetic.
Other Providers like Comcast which is 50% cheaper than WOW are

- Midnight Disturbances

Watch out for Rent Increases Lived here for three years. Had to move because of the outrageous rent increases. They lure you in with low rent and then stick it to you when you have to renew and don't want to move again! Also, too many dogs and noisy kids!

Regret Only good thing is that there is ample parking... I fell for it when I visited the apartment... but didn't realize the reason behind it -- These apartments suck. Get used to cold water showers throughout winter. Maintenance is bare minimum...The buildings smell like toilets.

Won't rent here again! We had water leakage halfway into the appartment three times. It went all the way in from the windows half way into the living room, and along the windows of both bedrooms. Then we were fighting a mold and water damage problem they refused to help with. The hot water

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Luxury is suppose to mean something. Staff is not friendly, they are not helpful. 24 call operator is terribly rude no matter who you get. Half the summer the pool closes b/c they refuse to staff appropriately. It is closed on all nice days.
