Safe and Nice Complex with swimming pool - This is the only real rental highrise complex in Prospect Heights with elevators. There are security guards by the car entrance. Gym in poor condition.More than 50% machines doesn't work.
Takes much time to take action on Concerned complaints.
Only Internet services available is WOW which is also pathetic.

Watch out for Rent Increases Lived here for three years. Had to move because of the outrageous rent increases. They lure you in with low rent and then stick it to you when you have to renew and don't want to move again! Also, too many dogs and noisy kids!

Regret Only good thing is that there is ample parking... I fell for it when I visited the apartment... but didn't realize the reason behind it -- These apartments suck. Get used to cold water showers throughout winter. Maintenance is bare minimum...The buildings smell like toilets.
