No maintenece the manager sucks at his job, rides around on his lil --- golf kart all day. He allows his friends to park in the grass but no one else. He wants people to pay late fees when they do all their own maintenece, after they ask him to fix ---- after 3 months. Rent is way to high, there is probably better management in the projects. This place also needs renevated.

The only thing that's changed in 2 years is the noise level, which was the only thing that this place had going for it.

I live here now and it sucks!! We pay $650 rent and can't even have a dog:(, the manager still rides his dang golf cart too!
