RUN!!! - This place sucks! Lived at Trace for like 6 years. Always had problems getting things fixed. Took the apartment "as is" when i moved in and they took my whole deposit when i moved out. And this is even after i spent time and money cleaning the whole apartment and steam cleaning the carpets! They said they had to paint the whole apartment.
