Very nice and well maintained but neighborhood is becoming dangerous

I loved my 3br townhome at Falcon Way. It was very nice and clean. They keep the bugs out too! On a monthly basis it is exterminated. The only complaint would have to be the lack of central air. It gets very hot upstairs in the summer time. The neighborhod seems to be a little questionable, too. Otherwise, the experience was great and I miss it there.
