If you're on a tight budget, this is the place for you. It is well-built (though old) and the office staff is friendly and helpful. You're on your own with washer and dryer, but the fridge, stove, and plumbing is good. The 3-BR have a large storage closet in the furnace room, which is quite helpful.

I have recommended the place to family friends, and my daughter lived there too later on. All had good experiences.
