You get sucked in by the cheap rent, but quickly learn it's not worth it. The landlord is NOSEY ... he will go into your apt. without permission, he gossips about all his tenants to his "suck up tenants" and he's an ------. The rent is amazing, but I don't think it's worth it. The man loves single women ... because he's a pervert. It's just discusting.

The manager ---------- asked me out also. I said that I couldn't due to the fact that I had a boyfriend. A year later when I was being harrassed by a new tenant to the north of me, ---- would not do anything to help me. He is a wolf in sheep's clothing! Everyone around town knows about him. They are not rumors. I have never met anyone as evil as him. I kept giving him the benefit of the doubt, but when people who I knew very well, who were blatantly honest told me the same things about him I could no longer believe anything he said. The apartments are cute and cheap, but like the others said,"It's not worth it!" They are little apartment. The saying round is that, "If you date ----, you will get your apartment remodeled." This is true. Even the kids around there will tell you who ---- is dating and why the girl is doing it.
