This place is a terrible place to live. If you have the time than read this because there is a long list. I have placed a repair request 3 months ago because of a problem with my bathroom. Every day my feet still get wet. I only pay 655 a month because of the bad economic times. There is a bunch of stay at home moms on a power trip that report you to the office if you walk wrong. Parking is a nightmare. No spots are ever free and if you park in the visitors section you'll be towed even though you pay rent and visitors do not. However they have garages for a nice hefty fee. Just now as I am writing this a tow truck just hit another car trying to get to another car. The people in the office are alright to say the best. The manager is really nice however. Another good thing to quote my girlfriend is "the apartments are lovely". However they come with a headache. My identity will be surrendered by the following statement but I do not care because I have the right to warn others. Today we where accused of not picking up our dog excrement even though that is a bold face lie. They said staff members along with residents have seen it and ether I've been mistaken for someone else or they are all liars. We love our dog so much and now they she might get evicted for a reason that is false. Unless you are expected to clean up their urine then I'm guilty. In fact I feel at times that we are the only ones who pick up after our dog. Also I feel that we are singled out. Me and my girlfriend use to throw our cigarettes off the balcony. They wrote us a nice letter saying to stop and we did. However amazingly their are still butts all over the ground. They don't follow threw with warnings or fines to stop people. I can't blame the office people however I have to complain to them because the person that runs the company and that signed the letter about the dog I cannot get a hold of. I do not like being accused of something I did not do and worse I might have to give up my dog because of it.
