I have lived at Carriage Creek for four years. I was here when the new management staff took over in 99. There has been a significant improvement from what they bought and where it is today. The buildings look better and cleaner, the landscaping is nice, the maintenance staff responds to your request in a timely manner. The management staff addresses all issues and questions even if they must say no to you. I enjoy it here and plan to stay and watch more improvements.
