I lived at Carriage Creek for two years. The apartments are small. The carpet in the buildings are horrible! The color scheme reminds you of prison or a dorm facility and the color scheme does not match. Fights break out and the alarm system goes off 3-4 times a day sometimes which are proven to be false. Elevators are either broke or very slow, most times very nasty. The external doors to the building locks don't work properly and the key gets stuck in the lock. They can do better with landscaping. In the foyer, they can do better with the security camera sitting in a cutout hole in the wall, so so tacky!

The good points are that the Management does a good job. The clubhouse is nice. Maintenance respond to your request in a timly fashion. They do need to upgrade fixtures in and outside the apartments though.

The worst points comes when moving out. They critique everything as if you damage things personally. They over bill you and don't return your full security deposit back, even though you return the apartment in better condition before you got it.

Never live here! Noise is aweful and kids are highly loud and sometimes annoying.
