A nice quiet place to live. Don?t be discouraged by the other negative reviews, because they were probably evicted. There is no such place as PERFECT LIVING. Maintenance is great and the people in the office are nice. People get attitude and taking care of business mixed up. I thought at first management was rude, but their not. The office is a place of business, so thats whats conducted there...BUSINESS! Sometimes you got to be a @#$%& to get the job done. From what I seen when I was there, it wasn't the complex itself, it was people who thought they were owed something. Mainly young minded adults and the younger crowd, whose parents didn?t prepare them on the REAL WORLD, and on how to carry, behave, and conduct their selves in the REAL WORLD.

You don't have to be a ----- to get the job done. Ever hear of being professional? You are owed timely repairs, you are on a lease , not a mortgage.

You don't have to be a @#$%& to get your job done, especially if no one has done anything to call for it. Yet management persists in renting apts. to ghetto fab people that leaves trash in the hallways, elevators, urinate in the elevators, argue and fight disturbing tenants not only on their floor but other floors as well and putting out responsible tenants that help keep their property intact.
