I have lived in Carriage Creek for 1 year. This is the worst apartment complex I ever lived in. The management is horrible. Everyone in the rental office is very rude. The complex is supposed to have 24 hour maintenance, don't let anything happen when the office is closed becuse you will not get in contact with anyone. The elevators in the bulding are always out of order and they never keep up with the elevator inspection every six months. It's always a problem with the laundry facilities. When you inform maintenace about the laundry room they advise that they don't own the washers and give you a number to call. (if it's always a problem with the washers that they don't own, they need to get new washers in the complex.) We often have a false fire alarm to go off every other day (lord forbid a real fire to happen) The people that moved in with me, moved out with me. I should have took note when I moved in a young lady was moving out and said "good luck you're going to hate it here. I could go on and on and on but I will just stop here. Take it from me Carrigae Creek is nothing but a city project that is not kept together, has bad management, kids running through the halls, broke down elevators, false fire alarms, and just an all around bad place.
