The apartment complex appeared very nice. I saw an apartment in a nicer building. It was not in the building where my apartment was located. It was across the street. It was smooth sailing. There are two towers and several garden style buildings. When I saw my apartment and how it didn't have the modern updates, I was quite upset. Also, the building was horrible. The foyer wasn't as nice as the one across the street and the elevators always smelled like urine. The lights were always broken or out in the elevators. I obviously lived in the building that the other reviewer lived in. My rent was paid in the drop box. Five days later I received a notice stating it wasn't paid. The manager was very rude. The washers were always broken and I received refunds from another company. The fire alarm always went off. There was always someone getting high and no one ever cared. The children play through the halls all summer long. The owner of the management company made promises he didn't keep after the carbon monoxide problem which could've been prevented if they dealt with the hot water problem. The pipes were rusty. Just a shame.
