It's a domino effect - everything's down hill starting with the management company. The manager is very unprofessional; They go into your apartment without your knowledge; some washing machines do not work - and they don't bother to fix any of them; poor lighting; cars get broken into on a perfunctory basis; kids smoke pot in the hallways; the swimming pool is not clean; I can go on and on all day!!!
