If you're looking for a quiet community, DO NOT come to Cedar Ridge! I told the property manager prior to my lease signing, that my biggest need is quiet. I had problems with other tenants in the building the first week with loud music and kids loudly in the hallways. Management told me this type of problem DOES NOT occur here and that it is taken care of immediately. Not so, it took several calls and later I was told by management to call the cops. Overall maintenance is decent, but the old air conditioning units(only 2 in a 3 room apartment) makes for an unbearable summer.
