There are so many problems, I dont know where to begin. First of all, when I moved in, there was a neverending odor. It seemed to laugh at any type of air freshener presented. Then there was the problem of moving large furnature in. The layout of the apartment made it difficult to bring in couches, dressers, and headboards without trying to pry the door off. No recycling what-so-ever, if that's your type of thing. Got groceries, plan to park a block away to carry them in if someone is already parked in the fire parking space in the front of the building. To busy to wash dishes, try to schedule it in - the dishwasher NEVER worked unless you needed your dishes to be splashed with a little bit of water. The stove is older than your grandmother's ancient valuables. No peace at for you while you sleep, the pipes in bathroom like to shake, rattle, and roll! Electricity is a thing of the future, something Cedar Ridge doesnt believe in, with only 2 outlets in each room. Live by candlelight! I must admit, the grass is greener than any other place I've seen, but at night, the bushes seem to have ample vacancy for preditors if you are afraid of being robbed, or raped for that matter. No light to see what is lurking around you, unless you live on night-vision. If you like babies, fighting, dancing, and all types of music, this is the place for you. You can hear and feel everything that goes on around you. Like patches in your carpet, or paint lumps on your wall, check this place out! OVERALL, this place sucks! If you want to live here, plan on spending more than what these apartments are worth, about $400 for a 1 bdrm, $420 for a 2 bdrm, and $440 for a 3 bdrm. DONT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!
