We have lived at Cedar Ridge about 1 1/2 years and I love my apartment.

Staff:
The Staff is very friendly , professional and courteous. Once in a while you will meet people who will truly warm the heart. This is the case of the apartment managers. Its rare now days to encounter two wonderful ladies who are kind, considerate, always reflecting compassion for the their tenants, has a smile for you even on rainy days. They know you by name when you encounter management and staff. I have received Christmas cards and even a birthday card. The managers and the staff try very hard to make Cedar Ridge Stand-out. When I have called concerning a maintenance problem my needs were always addressed promptly The management always does a follow-up call ensuring that maintenance had fixed the problem. KUDOS TO ALL, YOU ARE VERY VERY NICE PEOPLE.

Grounds:
The grounds at Cedar Ridge are immaculately maintained, even in the winter. The landscaping routinely impresses guests. And though there is only one pool--it is very attractive and cool especially during the Indy's heat wave. The grounds seems very safe, and well lit. Cedar Ridge is located in a nice area.

Location:
The location of Cedar Ridge is convenient for me I am not too far from family and my children, but far enough away that I feel secure. There is a convenient Store and a pharmacy where I can get items that I might need immediately without going to far.

Apartments:
I really love having an extra bathroom since I seem to be the out-numbered. I like my closets. I especially like have a washer and dryer I always did hate having to go to a laundromat. The fireplace is attractive and should ease a high gas bill during the winter.

Complaints:
My complaints are emotionally unavailable. They are easily outweighed by all the positive factors of living here. Cedar Ridge is a beautiful, safe-bet for quality housing.
