Check out the reviews for "other" apartments in Richton and this complex wins...I have lived here one year and it is great. The management is very professional and very helpful. The grounds are clean. The pool is clean. The washers and dryers work!!! The common areas are clean, clean, clean. Problems in the apartments are fixed right away. The schoool bus stop right at the corner of the complex for K-12 grades. You can't beat that. The is a working air condition, heater, dish -washer in every unit...I could go on. For an apartment Lioncrest is great living. The only thing better would be home ownership.
