I lived in Lioncrest (now Park Towers) for a little over 2 years. The apartments are spacious with plush carpeting, working appliances and a pretty responsive maintenance staff. The grounds are well-kept and the interior is pretty clean. There was a problem in the building I lived in with the elevators breaking down a lot. Not a bad place to live, but I don't know if it's worth close to a thousand dollars a month!!
