I have been living in these apartments a little over a year. Things are ok for me. Its not noisy like I have seen in other posts. The management is cordial most occasions. They DO keep the area clean and they put notices out for those parking in spaces reserved for tenants. My neigbors are not loud. I dont use the washer and dryer therefore I have no opinion on that. My water is never rusty as another indicated. Overall I would say the apartment is a great deal compared to the others not too far from us.
