Management and maintenance are totally unresponsive. We've had 3 property managers and maintenance teams in just two years. The first one was embezzling money; the second was allowing sec 8's (there are income restrictions here); and who knows what the third one is doing. My air condition broke in July and as of September has still not been replaced. The availability of cable channels is limited; in the winter the heat doesn't work so you're going to freeze. The police are always here busting somebody; and the laundry machines are so outdated they don't work properly. I could go on, but you get the picture.

I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to live in this hell!!!!
