CAUTION!!! I been living here for 3 years, I use to love it but you can hear everything in the apartments floors and walls are very thin. If you like peace and quite this isn't the place for you. They use to rent to really good tenants but not anymore it seem like they let anyone move in.

The apartment is cold and hard to heat due to large patio doors in the bedroom as well as the living room and you pay your own heat. The maintanance staff is friendly but, they don't always respond so quickly I've been waiting 1 year for a leaky faucet to be repaired.

Good place for kids... Metra is very close. Community is safe, and near several play grounds. There are good schools in Distict 162. Grounds are kept clean. Pool is great in the summer. Pool has an attendant.
