cody apartments 8/9/07 I just moved into building B. The apartments a big and it's a beautiful park like setting also it's across from the Rock Island Park. Lots of improvements are takeing place. The new owners really care. Kristen.

Not too bad for goverment housing These apartments are kept-up nicely. Every week a cleaning crew comes in and cleans all the halls and washing facilities. The grounds are kept-up nicely as well. The apartments are quite decent for the little amount of money they cost.

Hospitality When I firsted moved into Maple Ridge I was pregnant with my second child due any minute. After I had the baby I wasn't home good and the manager called to check on me and see how my new baby and I were doing. I was very touched I feel the manager went above and beyond her job duty
