Beacon Hill appartments are really cheap, and considering what you pay, it's a really great deal. Nice people, and nice land. Overall, I think it's a good place to be.

Do not be fooled by this it is a pathetic attempt by the Office Staff or the owners to boost thier rating on this site! This place should be condemned and the owners should be sued for a multitude of safety and health issues. Nobody seems to do anything about this place i think because Edward Rose has an army of lawyers ande most of the people who rent here do so because they have no money in the first place and crazy legal loopholes in the lease will make you their Bee-yatch. I have lived here for 3 years and I am telling you the truth don't rent here!!!!
