I have lived at Beacon HELL for 2 years now only because I can't afford to live anywhere else in this town. Regarding MAINTENENCE: good luck getting anything fixed. You have to call at least 3 times, and even then, it won't be fixed correctly (hopefully they won't break your personal belongings like they did mine). PARKING, I didn't have too many problems. To heck with the "security door" because it'll be broken for weeks and no body cares. GROUNDS were 50/50. Lots of dead trees and grass and potholes in the road...nevermind, not 50/50. They sucked. On a helpful note, if you are having problems with mold or other health issues, threaten to contact the Winnebago County Health Department. That gets them moving. Or get a hold of Edward Rose, the company that owns them. Again, the only reason I've stayed here is because I can't afford anything else, but as soon as I go, good riddance!!!!!!!!!
