I lived in Beacon Hill quite awhile ago. So, I do not know much of their current status. At the time I did not have any problems. When I had a maitnence request they came. I Rarely heard any noise, however the lady above me was older and single, so not to much going on up there. The only thing that bugged me was that the pool was so far away in Great Oaks. From the previous posts I have read though about guns and being held up, I would strongly recommend checking into that.I actually recieved a call from the office when I had moved out and they checked my apartment, they said that they had never seen one left in such great condition , they could smell the bleach and cleaner when they came in . I got back my Full deposit and interest for waiting on it . So , Check it out!!! You decide if its right for you!

This can't be true. There is no way that Beacon Hill would ever give you your full deposit, forget interest! This place is a Hole!!!!!
