Leasing staff was courteous, maintenance could be a little faster, grounds are absolutely beautiful...the only place that had green grass in all of Rockford this summer. I would recommend Beacon Hill to others especially if you are saving for a house. I moved out in July and I received
my full deposit plus interest.

Again don't be fooled by this. This person is either on the staff or has friends or relatives on the staff of Beacon Hill. No regular people who live here would ever write this praise for this $hithole. Do yourself a favor and keep looking!!!! Oh yeah, Full deposit? plus interest? I lived here once before and these A-holes charged me $5 for an ice tray that was never provided to begin with.
