IVE LIVED IN BEACON HILL FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS.I ALSO HAVE LIVED IN 3 DIFFRENT APARTMENTS EACH ONE HAS BEEN GREAT.FOR THE PRICE OF THE APATMENT YOU GET MORE THAN WHAT U PAY 4 I MEAN IF YOU PAYED 1,200 THEN BUY A HOUSE.YES THERE IS SOME PROBLEMS BUT U ALSO HAVE PROBLEMS WHEN YOU OWN A HOUSE.AT AN APARTMENT A MAINTENANCE STAFF FIXES IT FOR YOU AT A HOUSE YOU EITHER HIRER SOMEONE OR DO IT YOURSELF IMEAN FACE IT NOT MANY PEOPLE ARE "DO IT YOUR SELFERS" OVERALL THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS GREAT JUST GET TO KNOW THEM I MEAN THERE PROLLY FIXIN YOUR TOILET.THE LEASING AGENTS ARE VERY NICE AN LOOK PRESENTABLE.THE MANANGERS TRY TO MAKE SURE YOUR TIME HERE IS A GOOD ONE THEY REALLY DO CARE WHAT YOU THINK.

Obviously another Edward Rose/ BEacon Hill Staff member trying to boost the rating of their $hitty Slums. This place is a joke, do not be fooled by thes a-holes who are telling you it is great. If I can write abad review what is to stop Beacon Hill from fluffing up their percentage by writing these glowing ones? Don't rent here for any reason you will regret every second of it I guarantee it!!!
